Abstract
采用激光烧结的方式制备AlCrFeNiSi高熵合金,加入质量分数ωWC = 0%,5%,10%,20%碳化钨作为合金强化相,通过测试其显微组织和力学性能,研究碳化钨加入量对高熵合金的组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,在高熵合金基体中,加入碳化钨能够增加高熵合金的硬度。当ωWC = 10%时,硬度最大,为579.7 HV10。但ωWC = 20%时,碳化钨颗粒导致孔隙集中,高熵合金硬度反而降低。 AlCrFeNiSi high entropy alloy reinforced by tungsten carbide adding ωWC = 0%, 5%, 10%, 20%, was prepared by laser sintering. The relationship between the content of tungsten carbide and the microstructure and properties of high entropy alloy was analyzed by microstructure and mechanical properties testing. The results show that the hardness of the high entropy alloy can be increased by adding tungsten carbide into the matrix of high entropy alloy. The maximum hardness is 579.7 HV10 when ωWC = 10%. When ωWC = 20%, the hardness of high entropy alloy decreases due to the large amount of pores around WC particles.
