This review covers the book titled “Corporate Governance in Emerging Economies: Theory and Practice”, which was edited by Robert W. McGee, Khaled Hussainey, Yaroslav Mozghovyi (Virtus Interpress, 2018; ISBN: 978-617-7309-02-3).
