Abstract

Cardiovascular grafts often cause serious complications and risks due to thrombosis. The immune rejection and inflammatory response induced by the implantation of cardiovascular grafts often lead to platelet adhesion, activation, aggregation and chemotaxis of inflammatory cells and further lead to thrombosis.
