Conceptual Framework for the Introduction of Innovative Technologies in Construction in the Arctic Zone

Abstract
Construction in the Arctic is associated with the influence of the climatic conditions of the area, namely low air temperature, high humidity, the presence of permafrost, increased wind and snow load. Currently, the state of buildings and structures in the Arctic zone is characterized by a high degree of physical deterioration. In addition, the living environment in general is characterized by a low level of comfort. The most important condition for the effective development of the Arctic zone is to provide residents of the territory with highquality buildings (residential and industrial), which will have a positive effect on the economic condition of the Arctic by attracting investment in fixed assets. The article substantiates the relevance of using innovative technologies in construction in the Arctic, considers existing building materials and technologies for erecting buildings in the Arctic, and also investigates the problems inherent in the investment and construction sector of the Arctic. As a result, the conceptual framework for the introduction of innovative technologies in construction in the Arctic zone has been developed, the use of which contributes to the intensification of the socio-economic development of this territory, the increase in business activity in the construction sector and the comprehensive improvement of the living environment of the population in the Arctic.
