Abstract: The article investigates the impact of dilution depressive semen sires, frozen in ASIL TҮLІK and French technology, its quality indicators. It was established that the increase in the degree of dilution increases the permeability depressive sperm cytoplasm sperm membranes, significantly reducing their mobility, and absolute figure, regardless of the cryopreservation technology, diluents and formulation components used anti-shock.
