Abstract
Стремительное увеличение распространенности ожирения и ассоциированных с ним заболеваний поставило перед исследователями задачу поиска новых эффективных терапевтических мишеней. В последнее время бурая жировая ткань находится в центре внимания как потенциальный объект для лечения метаболических заболеваний из-за способности увеличивать расход энергии и регулировать гомеостаз глюкозы и липидов. В обзоре представлены последние данные о подходах, направленных на активацию и расширение бурой жировой ткани с целью борьбы с ожирением.Keywords
