Abstract
With the continuous rise of China, the western hegemonic countries led by the United States, in order to preserve their old brand status, continue to launch cyber public opinion attacks against China in different ways of information dissemination. Moreover, cyber-attacks at home and abroad are becoming more frequent and the means of cyber attacks are becoming more complex and covert, and the network security situation is becoming more and more severe and complex. College students, as a part of the group active on the Internet and sometimes even leading the direction of public opinion on the Internet, have a significant im-pact on the effect of network public opinion. Therefore, this paper aims to explore an effective means to reasonably guide college students’ public opinion and resolve public opinion crises.
