GEORGIAN PARADIGM OF PEACE

Abstract
The work, based on the new EU action platform, analyzes the role of themodern higher education system in regulating the most important issues of public life. The author has followed up the centuries-old Georgian experience as an essential tool for sustainable and continuous development of statehood in the pursuit of peace. A new model of education policy, proposed in the work, the ‘University Diplomacy’ is based on this historical experience and the earnest idea, generated by the innate demand, as a form of education and its highest peak the science as well as a modern form of peace-building and a new form of international relations and diplomacy. The book is designed to trigger public discussion and debate in the society.
