Heart transplant in a patient with persistent left superior vena cava

Abstract
Представлен клинический случай успешной ортотопической трансплантации сердца по биатриальной методике с перемещением добавочной левой верхней полой вены в правое предсердие. Достигнутый клинический эффект в результате проведенного лечения полностью оправдывает выбранную хирургическую тактику и позволяет рекомендовать предложенную тактику для лечения подобной редкой патологии. Целью данного сообщения является представление собственного опыта трансплантации сердца реципиенту с аномальной левой верхней полой веной. Заключение. Достигнутый клинический эффект в результате проведенного лечения полностью оправдывает выбранную хирургическую тактику и позволяет рекомендовать предложенную тактику для лечения подобной редкой патологии.Keywords
