Abstract
We report a case of torsion of an ovarian tumor in a 68-year-old woman with no medical and surgical history. The diagnosis was made in front of an intermittently painful pelvic mass. The treatment consisted of a left annexectomy; the anatomopathological examination revealed a fibro-inflammatory and hemorrhagic cyst. Postoperative results were simple with a 12-month follow-up.Keywords
