The importance of recognising and making appropriate referral: Case of Necrotising fasciitis

Abstract

We report an unusual case of a 78 year old lady presenting with sepsis secondary to necrotising soft tissue infection of her right forearm which she had initially sustained when falling on her driveway and hitting her right arm.
