Abstract

The monograph examines the actual theoretical and practical issues of socio-economic development of coastal zones and marine waters, for example, old industrial regions of Russia – Arkhangelsk region. Based on the development of industrial sector of economy of the region and developed innovative solutions formulated proposals to resolve the territory´s sustainable development.
