Психопрофілактика стресових перевантажень у педагогічних працівників: досвід закладів освіти в Україні та Польщі.

Abstract
ThearticlerevealsthefeaturesofstressoverloadinteachersineducationalinstitutionsofUkraineandPoland. Therelevanceofthearticleisbasedonthefactthatdomesticandforeignscientistsinsistonthenecessitytoimprove, change, carryoutappropriatereformsinthesystemofmodernscienceandeducation. Today, Ukrainia nand Polishscholarsareworkingtoreach a consensusontheproblemsfacing Polish and Ukrainianhighereducation. Theeffectivenessofpersonalbehaviorandreactionstotheactionofstressorsofteachingprofessionalactivityisanalyzed. Thedifferentiationoftypesofstressassessmentsofteachersinunfavorablesituationsisoutlined. Themeansandmethodsforrelievingstressinteachersareanalyzed. Itisprovedthatthenegativeeffectsofstressfulsituationsareopposedbytheactivepositionoftheteacher'spersonalityandindependenceindecision-making. 45 teachersofZhytomyrsecondaryschoolswerediagnosedwithsignsofprofession burnout. Ithasbeenfoundthatabout 60% ofteachershavevarioussignsofprofession burnout. Thestressfactorsthatfollowfromtheveryfunctionsofpedagogicalactivityandpotentiatethedevelopmentoffrustrationinteachersarehighlighted. Thenecessityofconductingtrainingworkonpersonalgrowthas a meansofpsychoprophylaxisofmentaloverloadinteachershasbeenproved. TheexperienceofconductingsuchtrainingsattheKrakowUniversityofEconomicsistakenintoaccount. Thenewlycreatedmethodicalmanualoftheauthorsofthearticleonconductingthetrainingprogramis funded.
