Abstract
Human brucellosis is a complex multisystem disease that can affect many organs. Renal involvement in human brucellosis is rarely found. Here, we present a case report of a patient who presented to us with acute kidney injury, complicating brucellosis. After thorough evaluation including kidney biopsy, the patient was found to have nephritic syndrome due to rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis. The patient reached a complete remission after completing a course of anti-brucellosis treatment. Keywords
