Abstract
SiRNA was complexed with a β-1,3-glucan schizophyllan and intravenously administrated into mouse. The complexed siRNA was escaped from renal excretion and remained in blood. The monocytes in spleen were found to capture the complex and cause the longer residence time of the complexed siRNA as well as increased size of the complex. Keywords
