Abstract
Penelitian ini menjelaskan bentuk bantuan pemerintah Indonesia terhadap pengungsi dari negara konflik yang sedang membanjiri Ibukota, khususnya di Kalideres, Jakarta Barat, dalam perspektif hak asasi manusia. Pengungsi merasa tidak aman di negaranya sendiri dan meminta perlindungan ke negara lain, dengan konteks mencari penyelesaian masalah yang permanen. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara pendekatan kajian pustaka yang berbentuk secara kualitatif deskriptif dengan tinjauan literatur sistematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah menyikapinya dengan memberikan solusi berupa bantuan kemanusiaan dan prinsip kedaruratan. Dengan itu, berakhir pada pemberian rekomendasi yang bersifat final dan mengikat, sesuai dengan regulasi yang telah ditetapkan.Keywords
