الملخص : يهدف هذا البحث أن يقدِّم دراسة للتغيّر الدلالي في المصطلح الإداري، إدارة المال أنموذجًا، وهو ما تحقق- بفضل الله تعالى- على النحو الآتي: خرجت هذه الدراسة في صورتها الحاليّة مشتملة على مقدّمة، ومبحثين، وخاتمة، وثبت بأهم المصادر، والمراجع. لقد کان للتحولات الجذرية أثر کبير على مصلحات الإدارة عامة ومصطلحات إدارة المال خاصة فتغيرت کل المفاهيم ولأساليب الإدارية التقليدية بصورة غير مسبوقة وأوجدت مناخا جديدا، وأوضاعا اقتصادية، وسياسية، وتکنولوجية مختلفة عن ذي قبل، ولأن العالم کله بمثابة منظومة إنتاجية متکاملة، وتفرعت منها منظومات مرتبطة بها فإن أي تغير يطرأ على إحداها يؤثر في الأخرى تأثيرا مباشرًا، وکان لذلک کله صدى واسعٌ على المصطلحات الإدارية عامة، والمصطلحات المالية خاصة. Abstract The aim of this research was to present a study of the semantic change in the administrative term, the management of money as a model, which was achieved - with the grace of God Almighty as follows: This study came out in its current form, including an introduction, two studies, and a conclusion, and proved the most important sources and references. The radical transformations had a great impact on the interests of the administration in general and the terminology of money management in particular, thus changing all concepts and traditional administrative methods in an unprecedented way and creating a new climate, economic, political and technological conditions different from before, and because the whole world is an integrated production system, and related systems have branched out of them. With it, any change that occurs to one of them affects the other directly, and all of this had a wide echo on administrative terms in general, and financial terms in particular.
