This study aims to investigate and examine the effect of leadership, reward system development, and self-efficacy on employee work engagement. This study found that the path analysis model related to leadership, reward systems, and self-efficacy had a significant effect on the level of employee work engagement. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that every change or variation in employee work engagement is influenced by leadership, reward system, and employee self-efficacy. Thus, the results of this study are expected to provide a positive and significant contribution to the company as a business organization in order to improve company performance in the 4.0 era. Keywords
