Abstract
Under the background of our country’s vigorous promotion of cultivating students’ core literacy, the “Problem Posing” teaching in elementary school mathematics classroom is an effective way to realize the fundamental task of Morality Education. The “Problem Posing” teaching can reflect the subjectivity of students, stimulate students’ creativity, and enhance students’ comprehensiveness. However, there are three outstanding problems in the actual teaching process: lack of relevant content of books, insufficient teaching ability of teachers, and difficult evaluation of students. According to the real environment and the characteristics of mathematics subjects, it is possible to combine information technology to expand teaching resources; to strengthen the construction of teachers in accordance with actual requirements; to develop evaluation standards and to promote problem-raising to actively explore solutions, so as to give full play to the education of elementary school mathematics value.
