SMART Leader Bagi Generasi “Smartphone” (Z)

Abstract
Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah pemimpin seperti apa yang dibutuhkan oleh generasi Z? Sebab generasi ini adalah generasi native. Ketika mereka lahir, smartphone dan internet menyambut mereka. Generasi ini menghabiskan waktu 7 jam sehari dengan smartphone. Mereka mudah mengakses dan mengkonsumsi informasi dengan sekali klik. Mereka sudah jauh dari gereja. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menemukan pemimpin yang memiliki kriteria SMART bagi generasi Z. Pemimpin yang bisa menggembalakan mereka sampai mencapai kedewasaan penuh di dalam Kristus dan mengerjakan tujuan Allah dengan sukacita dalam hidup mereka.. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey kepada generasi Z yang lahir di antara tahun 1995-2012. Hasil survey ditabulasi dan dianalisis meggunakan analisis deskriptif. Ditemukan bahwa generasi Z, 90-100% menginginkan pemimpin mereka memiliki kriteria: Spirituality, Morality, Active, Responsible dan Transparace (SMART). SMART mewakili kriteria rohani, psikologi, sosiologi, dan ketrampilan seorang pemimpin. The problem in this research is what kind of leader is needed by Generation Z? Because this generation is the native generation. When they were born, smartphones and the internet welcomed them. This generation spends 7 hours a day with smartphones. They easily access and consume information with one click. They were far from the church. The purpose of this study is to find leaders who have SMART criteria for generation Z. Leaders who can shepherd them to reach full maturity in Christ and work on God's purposes with joy in their lives. SMART represents the spiritual criteria, psychology, sociology, and skills of a leader. The method used is a survey method to generation Z who were born between 1995-2012. The survey results were tabulated and analyzed using descriptive analysis. It was found that 90-100% of Generation Z wanted their leaders to have the following criteria: Spirituality, Morality, Active, Responsible and Transparency (SMART).Keywords
