Let’s be FAIR to our students

Abstract
In order that learning of the students is enhanced, it is necessary that teachers practice the FAIR principles. These include: Giving effective feedback to the students regularly, practicing active learning approaches in the classroom, making an endeavor to tailor learning to the needs of individual students, and making the basic sciences relevant. This paper discusses these FAIR principles.Keywords
