OBJECTIVE To describe the protocol to be used for testing sera from patients. This method will measure an antibody response to Leprosy specific antigens. SCOPE This procedure applies to all patients sera collected from remote sites. RESPONSIBILITY The clinical immunology group is responsible for observing this protocol in support of various clinical trials.
