Abstract
本文对盒马鲜生的产生背景、运营模式进行了跟踪探索,进而分析了盒马在发展中面临的困难和瓶颈,并为公司今后的发展提出了合理化的策略,最后总结了盒马对我国零售行业探索出的经验和启示。 This paper tracks and explores the background and operation mode of Freshippo, then analyzes the difficulties and bottlenecks faced by Freshippo in the development, and puts forward reasonable strategies for the future development of the company. Finally, it summarizes the experience and enlightenment of Freshippo in the exploration of China’s retail industry.
