Abstract
The problem of wireless connection of voltage and current sensors installed in a high voltage and potentially dangerous environment is presented. The focus is on the definition of the requirements imposed by the sensor and measuring application and the translation of these requirements into guidelines for the wireless network topology, protocol and modulation. Keywords
