COVID-19 infection after recent heart transplantation: a case report

Abstract
Наличие трансплантированного сердца в сочетании с иммуносупрессивной терапией и присоединением острой респираторной вирусной инфекции обусловливает сложность ведения пациента. В случае с Covid-19 ситуация осложняется неизвестностью патогенетических путей развития инфекции, в том числе её влияния на кровь и систему свёртывания крови, на ткань лёгких. Представлен случай пациента 60 лет, у которого инфицирование новым коронавирусом произошло в ближайшем послеоперационном периоде после трансплантации сердца.This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
