Abstract
Die anankastische (oder zwanghafte) Persönlichkeitsstörung nach ICD-10 oder DSM-5 ist eine häufige psychische Erkrankung, die erhebliche funktionelle Beeinträchtigung und hohes Leid nach sich zieht. In der ICD-11 wird diese Störung als Persönlichkeitsstörung mit Auffälligkeiten in der Anankasmus-Domäne und auch anderen Domänen beschrieben. Die Kriterien in ICD-10 und DSM-5 werden mit der Anankasmus-Domäne verglichen und der diagnostische Prozess nach ICD-11 wird anhand eines klinischen Fallbeispiels auf seine praktische Anwendbarkeit hin untersucht.Keywords
