Study on the Value of Plasma N-Terminal Brain Natriuretic Peptide in the Diagnosis of Children with Kawasaki Disease

Abstract
目的:分析血浆NBNP水平测定对KD患儿临床诊断价值,旨在为相关临床与研究工作提供参考。方法:采用病例对照方法,以KD组为病例组,以同期呼吸道感染住院患儿为对照组,检测结果采用统计学有关方法进行分析。结果:病例组(KD)急性期NBNP水平(1573.51 pg/L ± 237.06 pg/L)明显高于对照组(226.07 pg/mL ± 87.68 pg/mL),二者之间具有显著性差异,P 300 pg/mL对诊断KD的敏感性为95.56%,特异性为94.17%。结论:血浆NBNP水平测定在KD临床诊断具有一定特异性和敏感性,可作为临床诊断儿童KD的重要参考指标。 Objective: To analyze the value of plasma N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide level in the clinical diagnosis of children with Kawasaki disease, and to provide reference for relevant clinical and re-search work. Methods: The case-control method was used. The Kawasaki disease group was used as the case group. The hospitalized children with respiratory infection at the same time were used as the control group. The test results were analyzed by statistical methods. Results: The NBNP level (1573.51 pg/L ± 237.06 pg/L) in the acute phase of the case group was significantly higher than that in the control group (226.07 pg/mL ± 87.68 pg/mL), and there was a significant difference between the two, P 300 pg/mL to diagnosis of KD was 95.56% and the specificity was 94.17%. Conclusion: The determination of plasma NBNP level has certain specificity and sensitivity in the clinical diagnosis of KD, and it can be used as an important reference index for clinical diagnosis of KD in children.This publication has 17 references indexed in Scilit:
