Abstract
We present the case of a young patient who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy. This patient suffers a postoperative complication, a migration of the surgical clip to the common bile duct (<100 cases reported to date). Treatment in most cases is by ERCP. Our aim is to expose the infrequency of this complication and its management. Keywords
