Data Model Optimized for Automatic Analysis Method of Corrosion Formation State of Typical Disconnectors

Abstract
The normal working state of disconnector is a very important part of the whole power system. It not only affects the operation safety of power grid, but also has a direct impact on the service life and reliability of equipment. At present, there are serious opening and closing problems of circuit breakers in most areas. Therefore, aiming at the corrosion formation state of typical disconnectors, this paper optimizes its automatic analysis method and establishes a data model. Firstly, this paper introduces the operating conditions and functions of disconnectors. Then, this paper expounds the causes of corrosion formation, and designs a data model to analyze the formation state of corrosion. Finally, the experimental observation on the corrosion formation of typical disconnector materials is carried out. After the experimental test, the corrosion degree of the four materials is different. The metal surface finish is grade 13 and the metal composition is industrial pure aluminum brand. The disconnector No. 5056 has high corrosion resistance.
