Abstract
A 57-year-old female underwent esophago-gastroduodenoscopy (EGD) for dysphagia and a mass was found with a central depression in the esophagus, 20 cm from incisors. Contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CT) showed a well-defined 3 x 3 cm esophageal mass and endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) revealed a heterogeneously hypoechoic mass originating from the muscularis propria. Keywords
