Multiple Saccular Ascending Aortic Aneurysm Presenting Pathological Features of Takayasu Arteritis

Abstract
症例は45歳男性。CTで上行大動脈に多発囊状瘤を認め早期手術施行となり,手術所見で同部位に突出長が5~25 mmの多発囊状瘤を認め,感染像はなく上行大動脈置換術を施行した。病理所見は真性大動脈瘤で,大動脈壁に内膜,外膜の線維性肥厚と中膜の菲薄化と炎症細胞浸潤と壊死像を認め,高安動脈炎の病理像であった。多発性囊状上行大動脈瘤は非常に稀で,高安動脈炎の病理組織像を呈した報告は検索しうる限りなかった。This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
