Abstract
Пациенты, страдающие терминальной стадией хронической сердечной недостаточности, являются тяжелой категорией кардиологических больных. На протяжении многих десятилетий ведется активная разработка устройств вспомогательного кровообращения. Однако, несмотря на достигнутые значительные успехи в этой области, применение подобных устройств сопряжено с развитием целого ряда опасных осложнений, одним из которых является тромбоз. Проблема создания биосовместимых материалов по-прежнему остается неразрешенной. Анализ механизма и риска развития этого осложнения позволяет определить пути решения данной проблемы.Keywords
