Abstract
The paragraphs 78 and 85 of the university act 2002 regulate the recognition of performed academic achievements of exams and academic papers of different or equal university studies. Clauses, which have repeatedly been modified in the spirit of flexibility of utilization, and students´ mobility. To which extend they are fit to precipitate solutions essentially depends on the comprehension of the university criteria of recognition. In the light of the recent legislative developments and tendencies of jurisdiction, it appears to be of interest to question and explore the criteria of recognition and equivalence.
