Analysis of Factors - Factors Causing Delays Execution Time Basement Structural Work At Thamrin Lippo Office Tower Project

Abstract

Thamrin Lippo Office Tower project at Jl MH. Thamrin Kav. 20, Jakarta. This is a project built by PT. Wika Building, Tbk. have 21 floors of offices, 5 basement and first floor LMR delay happened at Thamrin Lippo Office Tower project is delayed by 43.08%. This research aims to obtain the factors that cause delays. Writing used is quantitative approach with using questionnaire to superiors (expert) PT. Wika Building, Tbk., As the main contractor then the data obtained data were processed using SPSS software. The study of the factors that cause delays in the project is done, as a first step in the utilization for the purposes of construction projects and data in order to avoid the same mistakes next time. The results of the writing mentions that X7.1Faktor Time of the sub factors suspend work (due to licensing) with total skor123 and the mean value of 4:10 and assisted with a T-test results on the X7 with Factor Time of the sub factors suspend work (due to licensing) and sub factor slow down the work (due to payment) with a value of 3.102 against the delay in the project.
