Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explain the effectiveness of training on self-efficacy of teachers in madrasah and on teacher pedagogical competencies after participating in the training. The research subjects were alumni of the training of learning models from the 13th up to May 18, 2019, with 30 teachers participated. Participants were Madrasah Ibtidaiyah or Elementary (MI) teachers, Madrasah Tsanawiyah or junior (MTs) teachers, and Madrasah Aliyah or senior (MA) teachers. This research method uses Kirkpatrick's procedure model from level 1 to level 3. The data is processed using descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that the training participants' efficacy after attending the training was 88.9%. This shows that the implementation of the training is in the very effective category for shaping teacher self-effects. Furthermore, in pedagogical competence, the result shows 85% which also explains that the learning models can build pedagogical competencies down to the very effective category.
