Abstract
HIV infection can manifest itself in many different clinical situations. In a pandemic such as COVID, when fever is of diagnostic importance and manifests itself with different clinical pictures, it is very difficult to distinguish the true cause of high fever. In this case report, we shared the process of diagnosing HIV infection in a patient with type 1 diabetes who presented with fever and neurological symptoms under pandemic conditions. Keywords
