Abstract
随着当前高等教育的发展,高校大学生就业形势日趋严峻,为增加就业机会,大学生实习人数节节攀高,“大学生实习”一度成为话题热点,受社会广泛关注。大学生实习是一种角色转换的过程,可以将理论知识转换到实际工作中,以便夯实自身专业知识,积累丰富的工作经验,增加自身未来就业竞争力和就业机会。为此,本研究以川内大学生实习满意度为切入口,详细剖析了其实习满意度影响因素如自身、学校、企业、社会四个层面,并给出相应的建议,旨在提升大学生实习满意度,增强其综合素质,最终促进大学生就业。 With the popularization of higher education, the employment situation of college students is increasingly grim. In order to increase employment opportunities, the number of college students doing internship is rising. “College student internship” once became a hot topic and attracted wide attention from society. College student internship is a kind of experiential learning, which can apply theoretical knowledge to practice, consolidate their professional knowledge, accumulate work experience, and enhance their employment competitiveness. To this end, this research is based on internship satisfaction and analyzes the main effective factors about internship satisfaction from its own, school, enterprise, social four levels of indepth analysis, and gives corresponding suggestions, aiming to improve internship satisfaction, their comprehensive ability and promote the employment of college students in the end.
